Where are you from and when did you move to Singapore?

I was born and brought up in Dhaka, Bangladesh and moved to Singapore with family in 2009.

First impressions about Singapore?

When I started living in Singapore, the first thing that struck me was its parallel beauty of modern architecture as well as its serene natural beauty .

What's your favorite thing about Singapore?

I feel that the most interesting part of Singapore is its food culture which can be found in its numerous hawker centers, each of them representing different culinary cultures from all around the world.

Favorite weekend getaways?

My favorite weekend destination is Chiang Mai.

My other holiday destinations are Washington, Dubai and Singapore. I love going for aimless long drives with my husband and  discovering new places especially shops, eateries and other hangouts.

What's the best part about being an Expat here?

I feel the biggest attraction for expats living in Singapore is its equal treatments to individuals, the remarkable discipline as well as security in daily life.
